Hi my name is Jen and I have complex ptsd. Which is a technical term for saying throughout my teens and adulthood I get spurts of anxious, unmotivated, stuck feelings that leave me sitting in a tub for 3 hours so I can recharge and feel human again.
It also means its hard to pick myself back up mentally when my routine gets interrupted for more than a week. Example when I go through long periods of colds ect ( any one else have little germ factories, I mean children? If you do, you know what I’m talking about)
All this to say I shit the bed on some business goals this month.
1. marketing for ” boudoir ” season.
2. Mail outs to my past clients. – I’m determined this year is the year!
