Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of photography, all sales are final no exchanges or refunds.  Any refunds, exchanges, credits are solely at Jen’s discretion if the manufacturing is not up to standard. 

Reservation Fees are non-refundable when cancelling 90 days before your date. We have a rebooking fee of $200 in addition to your already paid Reservation.  The reservation fee covers your date, time, and any creative fees the photographer has accumulated for your session. 

  • All products are inspected by Jen before shipment, if a product has not met your standard, or is damaged in delivery, please take a photo and a replacement will be sent and the damaged one may need to be returned to Jen, this is case by case. 

COVID AND RESERVATIONS

If you or someone in your party have covid symptoms, test positive, or been in close contact with someone positive we can rebook with a negative test and after isolation. We expect that you will not be engaging in risky activities prior to your session, if Jen feels covid protacals are not being in place she has the right to leave or ask your party to leave immediately with no refund. 

PrePurchased Packages

If you have not received your digital files, prints, etc, and have not captured a screenshot/photo of the digital/tangible good then yes we do issue refunds within 30 days of the prepurchase date. If you cancel/wish to have a refund after 30 days then 80% of your cost will be held by Jen and the 20% refunded.  You can however transfer and gift your session and prepurchased package to someone else, contact Jen prior to doing so as they will need a consultation to get the most from the session you have gifted them. 🙂 

Exchanges

Due to the nature of Photography, no exchanges are available. All sales are final. 

Gifts

Gift certificates are available, we recommend gifting enough to include the type of session you want them to have and portraits to go with the experience. Consultations are available for the person purchasing the GC and the person once they receive it!
